  6. PROBLEM:       A customer was running NetWare 286 v2.12 dedicated.  He was
  7.                trying to print to a network printer (Tektronix Fasor PS)
  8.                using Harvard Graphics.  It would print with NPRINT, but not
  9.                with CAPTURE.  We made sure that he was using the NT, NB and
  10.                NFF switch with the CAPTURE command.  It still didn't work.

  12. SOLUTION:      He upgraded his shell from v2.12 to v2.15 and CAPTURE
  13.                worked.
